Walking distance to Coronado High School. Safe neighborhood. Love the green grounds outside. The pool is always clean and not busy. Service calls are done promptly. Staff is nice and caring. Quite community, no problems with loud parties or loud neighbors at least in my area of town house located in the corner. Very satisfied with this 3 bed 2 bath town house. The Sky Views from this apartments are beautiful at sunset
